The total height is the height of the entire product, including the backing (the underside of the artificial grass). This indicates the total thickness of the artificial grass.

The pile weight (expressed in grams per square meter, g/m²) indicates the weight of only the fibers. A higher pile weight often means a denser and fuller-looking grass.
